Every Governor, Mayor, Sheriff, Policeman Or Representative Enforcing Unconstitutional COVID Mandates Could Be Subject To The Death Penalty Under Federal Law

I wonder how these tyrants would react if the people knew the law, arrested them as the militia, gave them due process, found them guilty and immediately dispense with justice. Already, we’ve seen judges rule against unconstitutional lockdowns and other mandates related to the COVID scamdemic. Well, the law points out that infringements upon the people’s liberties can receive a death penalty.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is among the list of tyrants who are guilty of usurping their authority and enacting executive orders, not law, against his people. Watch how he justifies his lawlessness under the color of law.

“I don’t believe as a law enforcement officer you have a right to pick and choose what laws you will enforce,” Cuomo told reporters during an Albany-based press conference.

The New York Post reported:

But a slew of upstate sheriffs have already declared they won’t be checking up on gatherings come Turkey Day, arguing limited resources and other public safety priorities trump “counting cars” in driveways and “investigating” how much turkey and dressing a household may purchase.

The third-term Democrat mimicked the defying cops: “‘Well I don’t believe in that law and therefore I won’t enforce it.’”

“That is frankly frightening to me as an individual, frightening to democracy, it’s arrogant and a violation of constitutional duty. “I didn’t say: I swear to uphold the laws that I agree with. I didn’t say that,” he continued.

“‘If I don’t agree with a law, then I’m not gonna enforce that law.’ No. Doesn’t matter what my opinion is, I’m a law enforcement officer. I enforce the laws. I don’t get to pick and choose.”

Well, again, in a republican form of government, which is guaranteed under the US Constitution, Cuomo’s orders are not law. And yes, people do determine whether the law is moral or not and we all know sheriff’s and officers have discretion as well.

However, Cuomo, along with California Governor Gavin Newsom, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and others like Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy are all flirting with what carries the sentence of death.

As I pointed out in a previous article where business owners ran two sheriffs and a health inspector off due to their tyranny, the law does not bid well for these tyrants.

According to 18 U.S. Code § 242, can result in a death penalty.

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Personally, I think the people should arrest every governor, mayor, cop, sheriff or representative who has engaged in this lawless behavior, give them due process and if found guilty, administer the maximum sentence for what they have done.
