If you’ve been studiously saving your money to take you and your loved one on a flight somewhere nice for vacation, you might be dismayed to know that an Illegal Immigrant with a criminal rap sheet will probably be hopping on a plane before you, paid for by your tax money, to take a vacation HERE… in your backyard.
I really need to quit acting surprised when Dems keep coming up with nuttier and nuttier proposals, because they really work overtime to produce some whoppers.
It is undeniable that the Democrats are trying to destroy this country. This latest bill being floated is a doozy. Sit down for this one, if you are not already.
It is listed as HR 5383 and it is called The New Way Forward Act. It should be named New Way to Screw Americans Act.
Where do I even begin with this thing? Every part of it is a jaw dropper.
I guess the part that really hits me the worst is this; you think that criminal that got deported is gone for good? Think again. They will be flown back to the U.S. — ON YOUR DIME!
Half a million Illegals, convicted of everything from Robbery to Assault to Drug trafficking…, weapons trafficking, sexual assault and human trafficking — kicked out of this country for good reason — will be welcomed back with open arms into America, paid for, by your taxes.
That is somewhere around a BILLION DOLLARS to fly those criminals BACK INTO OUR COUNTRY!
Not a joke. And get this, it’s called “The Right to Come Home”. Excuse me, but… THEY ARE ALREADY HOME! Here… is NOT their home.
The New Ways We Can Screw Patriots Act, suggests a “pathway for those previously deported to apply to return to their homes and families in the United States,” sort of a retroactive grandfather clause, if they would not have been deported under the other provisions of the act.

This act turns the U.S. into Bizzaro World. It throws the final coat of paint on Clown World. It undoes the security of our borders by welcoming a very dangerous criminal element back into our country.
Ready for some more crazy? I bet I will have you saying “WHAT?” aloud, before you are done reading. Remember while you’re reading this, this insane legislation is sponsored by 44 House Democrats, and of course that includes the alleged Immigration Criminal Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Former Bartender, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York.
The New Ways to Make America Unsafe Act is promoted with the very unsound suggestion: “Convictions … should not lead to deportation.”
Well, yes… Yes, they should. SPECIFICALLY.
When I say convictions, I don’t mean littering, or jay-walking, we are talking hard core FELONIES. Crimes where if you were not lucky enough to be an Illegal Alien, as a citizen you would be put in prison for years for these felonies.

A press release from Rep., Jesus Garcia, D-Ill., takes great pleasure in emphasizing that it will break the “prison to deportation pipeline.”
Under current U.S. law, any U.S. immigrants legal or illegal, can be deported if they commit an “aggravated felony” or a “crime of moral turpitude” – that is, a vile, depraved act, such as rape or child molestation. The New Way Forward Act, eliminates “crimes of moral turpitude” entirely as a reason to deport. The category of “aggravated felony” gets the boot too.
What this means is, if this bill passes House, Senate and is made law by the President, there will no longer be ANY crimes that automatically require deportation.
I bet you are especially happy you voted for Trump now?
Crimes like car theft, fraud, assault, weapons offenses and racketeering, no deportation. The act requires a sentence of over 5 years for a crime to qualify for deportation. That means potentially rape, child abuse and even manslaughter might not qualify for deportation!
No deportation, AND they are still eligible to become a citizen!
A 5 year or longer sentence doesn’t even guarantee they will be deported, because the bill allows for ultimate power to be granted to immigration judges to nullify deportation orders. And we know no judge has EVER helped an illegal alien stay in this country, BEFORE this bill.
Well what about drug addicts, drug dealers, and cartel members… surely those will not be allowed to stay or enter the country?
Nope! Not only will drug dealers already here, not be deported… but if a convicted Mexican Drug Cartel member enters this country, they won’t get deported because… wait for it… the bill decriminalizes illegal entry into America!

The New Ways To Spend Your Taxes Act guarantees that overworked police forces across the nation will be putting in overtime to arrest more and more criminals. ICE will effectively be abolished because there won’t be any reasons they would be allowed to legally detain people here illegally. Even if they know a Cartel member has entered this country illegally, they cannot pick them up and hold them.
Don’t forget that all these illegals will also qualify for free meals, free healthcare, free education, and get to use the roads and infrastructure that you and I pay for, with our tax dollars.
HR 5383 underscores that Democrats are not your friends, they are NOT here for citizens, definitely not here for Patriots and most certainly are solely focused on destroying the past 244 years. They want to see everything we have fought to have, that makes this country great, eliminated.
Democrats are your enemy. Don’t let your guard down. And remember that it is imperative you vote out every single one of them this year.
Make sure you are registered. Make sure the Election Board has your correct information. And please… make sure to vote!
