Been about two years since I wrote my last article.
What happened?
When covid first started I lost my eyesight. I was totally blind in one eye and mostly blind in the other.
There was no way I could continue.
I posted partner articles for about 18 months and then…Wham!!!
My wife kicked me out of the house and I went to a hotel.
Shortly after I was rescued by some old friends and found myself in the middle of DuBois, Nebraska.
The good news is that over the last 6 months I’ve seen doctors that checked me over really well and have been able to surgically repair my eyes. I am now 20/20 in my left eye (which was blind before) and my right eye is on the road back but still has some healing to do.
After a week long stay in a Springfield, Missouri hospital I had lost all hope of seeing again but God works miracles for each of us every day.
We don’t always recognize or appreciate them but He does.
So now it will be a struggle but I’m back and will be writing again soon. It may be an occasional piece at first, mixed in with partner articles, but eventually I will be back to my best.
Love me or hate me I’m back. LOL
Now in the mean time I am forcing myself back to work earlier than anticipated because I’m almost broke and in a custody battle for my kids.
