As Virginia citizens gear up to combat against anti-constitutionalists moving toward confiscating guns in that State, the State of New Hampshire is gearing up to combat the LGBTQrstuvwxyz community concerning transgenderism. According to Breitbart News, the “New Hampshire House Education Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday on HB 1251, legislation to protect female athletes from men, or transgender women, who want to compete in girls’ and women’s sports events”. Yes, it is pathetic that this has to even be on a State legislative docket because some hair-brained, ignorant, mentally ill individuals have determined there are more than two sexes – a determination based on zero scientific evidence.
The bill — sponsored by New Hampshire Republicans Mark Pearson, Judy Aron, Regina Birdsell, Linda Camarota, Linda Gould, Kathleen Hoelzel, Alicia Lekas, Jeanine Notter, Katherine Prudhomme-O’Brien, Kim Rice, and Ruth Ward — states it is about “Discrimination Protection in Public Schools.”
The legislation amends current law that prohibits discrimination in public schools based on age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, marital status, familial status, disability, religion or national origin, to include:
- No person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in public schools because of their age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, marital status, familial status, disability, religion, or national origin, all as defined in RSA 354-A. Any person claiming to be aggrieved by a discriminatory practice prohibited under this section, including the attorney general, may initiate a civil action against a school or school district in superior court for legal or equitable relief, or with the New Hampshire commission for human rights, as provided in RSA 354-A:27-28.
- Interscholastic or intramural athletic teams or sports that are sponsored by a primary or secondary school or institution of higher education and designated for “females,” “women,” or “girls” shall only be open to students of the female sex. If disputed, a student may prove that she is of the female sex by presenting a signed physician’s statement which shall indicate the student’s sex is based solely upon: [Emphasis Mine]
(a) The student’s internal and external reproductive anatomy;

(c) An analysis of the student’s chromosomes.
Finally, some individuals in government have dug their head out from where the sun doesn’t shine to recognize the fact that beta soy-boy males, who cannot make it in male sports, are declaring to be transgender in order to participate and dominate girls’ and women’s sports. In July of 2019, Sons of Liberty Media reported on a recent study that appeared in the Journal of Medical Ethics that concluded male athletes who identify as transgender women have an “intolerable” disadvantage over female competitors. Well, Duh! Most intelligent people would know that regardless of a male suppressing his testosterone production, the male continues to retain a distinct advantage over female athletes because it doesn’t change bone structure, lung capacity, heart size or muscle memory.
The transgender agenda has gotten so out of hand that female sports is in danger of not having any biological females winning sports events. It’s been seen in wrestling, cycling, track and a host of other female sports activities. In fact, some of these beta soy-boy males don’t change anything about their appearance at all when declaring themselves to be a woman.
Being that Congress has moved to make “gender identity” a protected class, States are going to have to nullify the misnamed “Equality Act”. The federal government has no authority from the Constitution to meddle in areas reserved for the States. But, States are not going to engage in nullification because the entities have sold-out their residents in exchange for money from the federal government – another unconstitutional practice.

Organizations for and against the bill are mobilizing the public. Save Women’s Sports and Cornerstone are hoping for the legislation to become law.
Cornerstone wrote in a notice about the public hearing:
Female athletes deserve a level playing field. They should not have to compete against biological males for a spot on the podium, even if those males claim a female gender identity. Biological males are already starting to dominate women’s competitive sports.
The Citizens Count website is reaching out to people who support transgender sports.
If the bill becomes law, it would be effective 60 days after its passage.
Does anyone see the irony in all of this? While anti-constitutionalists who support the “transgender” gender bender claim that “because I think I am the opposite gender, I am”, they ignore the scientific fact that DNA and chromosomes have determined gender since God created male and female. These same anti-constitutionalists rale against those who know that man-made climate change is a hoax calling us “science deniers”. Simply put, they reject actual science and support manipulated, fake science. The reason why is obvious – they are working on an agenda that will give control of the united States of America over to globalists hoping they will stand on top of the heap. Unfortunately, history has shown that does not happen. People supporting ludicrous ideology are used by “parties” to gain control over the populace so everyone can be equally poor and miserable while the “parties” live lavishly. As an FYI, the term “parties” is not referring to the unconstitutional political parties, but groups of people in banking, corporations and the United Nations that seek to destroy the united States of America through implementation of global governance.
These beta soy-boy males are affecting these female athletes’ lives by taking scholarships from these women as well as other reimbursement that could be gained from commercials, etc. They know it too despite trying to claim their mental illness doesn’t hurt anyone else or affect others. Wonder how many will change back to being beta soy-boy males once their goal is achieved?
Christians, where are you? Churches, what about you? It’s time to take a firm stand against government and government entities that are willing to disparage biological females in order to favor mentally ill beta soy-boy males. If your daughter participates in sports, you need to stand up. If you have a family member who has a daughter that participates in sports, you need to stand up. Likewise, if you know of a girl/woman who participates in sports, stand up. Even if you don’t know a female who participates in sports, stand up.
The vileness of the LGBTQrstuvwxyz movement needs to be addressed. It started out with this group wanting acceptance. Many in alternative media warned you about conceding. Then, the group wanted equality to engage in homosexual/sodomy unions they misnomer as marriage. Again, you were warned. Then, they wanted to be a protected class in order to “force” those who do not share their ideology to cater to their whims as they used government to apply pressure, causing some businesses to close. And, you were warned. Now, these mentally ill groups are reading stories to your children in public libraries. This group has achieved the goal of this debauchery being taught in schools – to your children.
America, you were warned and failed to act. Now, the debaucherous, lecherous ideologues are pushing the normalcy of pedophilia. Twitter now allows pedophiles to discuss their attraction to young children on that platform. Are you willing to sacrifice your children to this potential danger from pedophiles to avoid being called names or being accused of bigotry?
America, you have been warned! How many more do you need to take action? Along with all their other subversive agendas, the target is now girls’ and women’s sports. They will use the force of government to get what they want until you fight back. Fight back we must!
Let’s make a prediction. All this debauchery will be accepted by anti-constitutionalist under the guise of being “progressive”, “changing with the times”, and equality until an LGBTQrstuvwxyz individual or pedophile harms their child. But, it shouldn’t come to thousands of children being harmed for people to take action.
It is absolutely appalling and unthinkable that any parent would let their child come in contact with these mentally ill individuals. It’s made worse when government has decided outside its authority to “force” this upon innocent children. Government, along with its anti-constitutionalist supporters, are attacking Americans across a multitude of issues intended to strip the citizens of their God-given individual unalienable rights. It’s the equivalent of fighting on multiple fronts. But, it has to be done if we are to keep our freedom.
Who is really the problem here – the messenger or the ones perpetrating evil against you?
Hats off to the individuals in the NH legislature trying to address the trans issue in female sports. Let’s pray God’s will is done and this legislature passes to protect female sports programs.
