You might be thinking… “what in the heck is Rochambeau?” It is the official name for Rock, Paper, Scissors.
And a Washington man decided recently to try his hand with Rock vs Gun.
I was not surprised in the least to see the LACK of coverage by the Lamestream Media on this one. Not one single national network picked it up. In fact, only ONE network local to the occurrence seems to have picked it up, with a total of 4 places reporting the news, 3 of them, conservative news sites.
I am doing my part to add to that list.
We all are familiar with cases where someone has thrown something at oncoming freeway or interstate traffic, whether it was from an overpass, bridge, or the side of the road and killed or seriously injured a driver.
Just the other day, the day before Halloween, a 20 year old plead guilty to second degree murder, because he and 4 friends were playing a game to see who could get a “Dinger!” which is what they yelled when their rocks hit their targets, cars speeding beneath the overpass. This “game” was played off an overpass above Interstate 75 in Michigan, and they killed a man.
In March of this year, a Texas mother of 3 lost her life to a rock thrown from an overpass.
Both of these people were in the passenger seat, it is not just drivers who are at risk. Anyone in the car is susceptible to projectiles entering the path of a car traveling 60+ mph.
This is probably what went through the mind of a good Samaritan on Interstate 5 in Everett, Washington last Saturday afternoon, Nov. 2.
Jeremy Yates, 41, of Marysville was standing on the shoulder of southbound I-5 by Pacific Avenue. Hurling chunks of concrete, rocks, wooden blocks, metal pipes, and even a trailer hitch at drivers on the freeway. He damaged as many as 10 cars by around noon.
A handful of vehicles pulled over on the shoulder of the freeway after being damaged. In one case, a female driver stopped and State Troopers said Yates kept throwing rocks at her orange SUV.
That woman was Sandra Wilde. “I was so scared I didn’t know what to,” Wilde said, stating it was the most terrifying moment in her life.
“I watched him throw it with all his might. It hit my windshield and the glass went all over me,” she told KOMO News, talking about her Subaru Crosstrek that was totaled.
“He threw the trailer hitch and it hit right here,” Wilde said. “He grabbed it and continued to hit the window five times and then it broke.”
She said Yates was bloody and yelling and tried to get into her car when she pulled over after being struck by debris.
It was around that time that a man named Jacob Marshall of Sultan, Washington pulled over and drew his concealed carry pistol.
“I drew my pistol,” Jacob told KOMO News. “I aimed it at his head because as I got closer to him, he still had this chunk of metal in his hand. I said several expletives at him, told him to get on the ground and he was under citizen’s arrest. As I ran up to him, he dropped it. He dropped the metal. I went to the ground with him. As I went down with him, he jumped up and wanted to fight my father who was behind me.”
Jacob continued, “I gave my father my pistol and I went toe-to-toe with the guy.” He said he then tried to get Yates off the freeway.
“I backed him off I-5 down on to Pacific Avenue,” he said. “I physically walked him back as he was trying to walk to I-5. My biggest thing, I didn’t want him to jump in front of a vehicle.”
State Troopers arrived and arrested Yates without further incident.
No Shots Fired.
“I was glad I could stop him before he destroyed another vehicle or killed or seriously injured somebody,” Marshall added to KOMO. “If you throw a concrete chunk through a vehicle that’s doing 60 miles per hour, it’s going to kill someone.”
Wilde told KOMO, that Marshall saved her and other drivers from further harm. “If Jacob had not stopped him, he would have kept going.”
Police told the KOMO they are familiar with Yates, who has been detained for drug and mental health issues.
“That pedestrian was displaying extremely erratic behavior, frightening to some of the callers,” said Trooper Axtman. “He would look down the freeway and see cars coming and deliberately throw these rocks at the cars, striking them as they were driving down the freeway.”
“Once he was in back of patrol car, he was speaking gibberish. (His) mental stability of subject is unknown,” Axtman informed KOMO
It is convenient that the national news doesn’t carry a story such as this one… because if the Lamestream News did report things like this, eventually there would be enough articles to completely nullify the Leftist position that guns always kill people when pointed at someone. That only bad people use guns for crime. And that Conservatives carry guns because they are lacking “manhood”. Laughable, coming from the SoyMafia.
That is how they can continue the lie that nobody needs guns, when in almost any case that a gun is used for good, to protect, and worse (in the Leftists eye), no shots are fired, the story is never picked up and told by national news.
That way the left can live with their collective heads in the sand and the next time these idiots are arguing on Twatter, Reddit, and Facebook, they can scream with indignation… Nobody needs guns! Guns kill people! Why do you have to carry a gun around, do you have a small d*ck? Reeeeee!
If it was not for the bravery, selflessness, quick thinking and fortitude of Jacob Marshall, there is a very high likelihood someone could have gotten critically injured or even potentially died. He really should consider that he saved a life that day.
There was a collision because of Yates assault on the cars, however it looks like it was minor and the passengers are ok.
I truly feel sorry for Leftists. To fear an inanimate object such as a gun, while ignoring the mental state of the person holding the gun, must be a terrible way to go through life. Personally, I feel safer around a lot of guns.
I was at a crowded outside range event last month, guns EVERYWHERE of course. Including full-automatic weapons and explosives. The type of scene you could potentially confuse for a war zone. Never once did I fret about hundreds of guns around me. I never contemplated someone going ‘ham’ and mowing everyone down. I saw everyone there as friendly people I wanted to get to know.
And that’s probably the crux of the Leftist inhibitions about guns. Almost everything those on the left do, is based on Projection.
Projection is a defence mechanism in which the human ego defends itself against unconscious impulses or qualities positive or negative, by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.[1] For example, a person who is habitually rude may constantly accuse other people of being rude.
You see where I’m going with this? I feel safe around others who have guns, because I feel safe around MY guns, and I feel that I personally am safe, owning and using guns. Leftists, being bat-sh*t crazy, do not trust THEMSELVES with guns, and thus project that fear that they have for themselves, onto OTHERS.
So, I have bad news for you, conscientious and safe gun owner. Until we bring back asylums, this dichotomy of Leftists thinking we Patriots should not have guns, will not go away. The Leftists are crazy, and left to their own devices, will bring society down to their crazy level.
Stand fast patriots. The war for our rights is upon us.
