Colorado’s progressive Democrat Secretary of State Jena Griswold sent 750,000 postcards to people in her state, encouraging them to vote in the upcoming November election—the problem is, they were mailed to non-citizens and to dead people in the swing state, 100 Percent FED Up reports.
A since removed article that appeared in CBS4 in Denver reported that Griswold targeted people who are not eligible to vote to register and vote in the upcoming election that will decide a hotly contested U.S. Senate seat and that could also prove pivotal in the presidential race.

In one example, Karen Anderson told CBS4 that she received a postcard addressed to her mother encouraging her participation in the election. Anderson reported that her mother hasn’t lived in Colorado in 53 years and has been dead for the past four years…
Ms. Anderson said, “Which sounds really nice except my mother has been dead four years and she hasn’t lived, voted, owned property, worked, or done anything other than visit Colorado since 1967.”

CBS4 reported finding a dozen other examples, including “a deceased woman in Las Animas County, six migrant workers in Otero County, a Canadian in Douglas County, a man from Lebanon in Jefferson County, and a British citizen in Arapahoe County.”
Judd Choate, director of the secretary of state’s elections division, told CBS4 that his office sent 750,000 postcards to potential voters with the hopes of increasing voter participation by 75,000 people.
Colorado Democrats boast that the state has one of the best election systems in the country since introducing compulsory mail-in balloting and same day registration. What could go wrong?
Breitbart reports that Griswold is a progressive secretary of state similar to Michigan’s Jocelyn Benson (D).
Both spoke at the 2020 Netroots Nation conference on “protecting the vote.”
They also appeared together at a Center for American Progress event on protecting “America’s right to vote.”
“Our constitutional rights do not stop during a crisis,” Griswold said at that event, the Gazette reported, arguing the coronavirus pandemic should be used to advance progressive objectives to decrease voting safeguards.
In August, Griswold attacked President Donald Trump after he questioned vote-by-mail elections.
“The president has shown a degree of disrespect to this country that is just un-American,” Griswold declared, according to the New York Times. “There is something that we should all be able to agree on and that is well-functioning elections.
The Detroit News reported that Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office announced last Friday that 10,600 absentee ballots were rejected during the state’s August 4 primary. Of the rejected ballots, Benson’s office reported, “846 were not accepted because the voter was dead.”
Dead voters seem to vote for Democrats.
