A 43 year old man spat in the face of a 67 year old, simply because he choose to wear a MAGA hat.
Now the 43 year old will have 6 months to think about it in jail.

Remember that whole “tolerance” thing the liberal side of politics used to espouse? It doesn’t appear to be getting as much love these days.
In Florida, a man was sentenced to 90 days imprisonment Thursday for spitting on a 67-year-old wearing a MAGA hat in October.
Because, remember that whole “respect your elders” thing? Well, it’s gone the way of the dodo bird, too.
As shown in a security video, 43-year-old Matthias Ajple confronted the stool-seated senior citizen at the Hurricane Grill & Wings in Vero Beach.
Matthias first placed what appears to be a used paper towel on Robert Youngblood’s head while walking past him.
A few moments later, he came back to the bar area to spit on him.
As per Robert’s account noted in the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit, he was sitting with two friends when young whippersnapper Matthias walked over and said, “You should go back to Russia, you…communist!”
How about we all pitch in and buy Matthias a dictionary?
Or maybe get him a library card.
The Palm Beach Post reports he was convicted of battery; but really, it was a spit and run — Matthias cleverly jumped in his car and took off after the slobberingly slick move.
