Tyranny: Kentucky Activist Judges Seek To Enforce People Refusing To Be Quarantined To Wear Ankle Monitors Like Common Criminals

If you are not seeing the tyranny that is here and encroaching more and more each day in the united States and around the world, then perhaps the latest story out of Kentucky might get your attention.  Activist judges, with absolutely no basis in law, order at least four patients to wear ankle monitors, the same monitors assigned to criminals, because they are deemed to have COVID-19 and refuse self-isolation orders despite that not a single study proves that it can be passed from person to person.

Daniel Klapper at Jurist.org reports:

The first order was issued after a patient broke self-quarantine to shop on March 21. On March 27, Judge Charles Cunningham ordered two relatives to wear ankle monitors after one tested positive and after both refused to remain in isolation. Other orders were issued for similar quarantine breaches.

As of Friday, 18 cases and seven deaths were reported in Louisville. Judges issued orders to Louisville residents diagnosed with COVID-19, as well as family members of COVID-19 patients. Public health officials can ask a patient to isolate themselves. A Circuit Court judge can then approve or deny an isolation order. However, patients are not officially charged with a crime.

“The more we stay at home, the safer we’re all going to be,” Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer said, addressing growing concerns during a Facebook Town Hall.

On March 30, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear issued a stay-at-home order for all residents, restricting out-of-state travel to only necessities: helping family, getting food, or getting medical care. As of Thursday, there are 770 total cases of COVID-19 and 31 deaths in the state.

“We ask for you to think about how you can be part of the solution and stop the spread of this virus,” Fischer urged.

Mr. Fischer is foolish man.  There is zero evidence that the more people stay at home, the safer they will be.”

In fact, I wonder just how much Mayor Fischer and those judges are at home and how much those in the government there in that county are actually at home.  Probably not a lot… and on the taxpayer’s dime, who are not allowed to work, or having their businesses shut down by these same uneducated tyrants who have have been indoctrinated into thinking you can actually pass COVID-19 from person to person.

Let me demonstrate something about that.

From The Hill:

CNN reports that Bisig ordered an individual identified as D.L. to wear a global positioning device for the next two weeks. D.L is reportedly living with someone who tested positive for the coronavirus, as well as someone who is a presumptive case.

About a week ago, D.L. was ordered to self-quarantine for 14 days, the amount of time it takes for an infected individual to exhibit symptoms of the coronavirus. Family members, however, said he leaves his home often.

Bisig ordered the state’s Department of Corrections to place an ankle monitor on D.L., who will face criminal charges if they leave the house again.

CNN cites local outlet WDRB as reporting that other Louisville residents were ordered to don ankle monitors as well after they refused to self-isolate. These individuals were also reported as either having the coronavirus or being in contact with the coronavirus.

WDRB reports that Jefferson County has a judge on-call for these types of cases.

This concerning report comes after a group of young Kentucky residents reportedly threw a “coronavirus party” that resulted in at least one person catching the virus.

So, let’s ask the question, did this one person from the party actually contract coronavirus or did they test positive for it because this is important considering that 80% of those testing positive for it are false positives.

Furthermore, why didn’t everyone at the party contract the virus?

I can tell you why they didn’t:  Viruses cannot and have never, ever, never, ever been proven to be passed from one person to another.  These ignorant people in government are lying to us from the top to the bottom.

However, ignorance and fear grip people who submit themselves slavishly to tyrants rather than standing under the protection of their Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ (Psalm 91), and telling the tyrants “No!”
